Congress of Christian Workers (CCW), under the leadership of Director Troy Adams, Sr., Pastor of New Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church of St. Petersburg, Florida, is the educational and training component of the Union Foreign Missionary Baptist Association dedicated to providing biblical teaching and Christian doctrine training to the annual attendees of the unified sessions of the UFMBA and the CCW.

The main objective of the CCW is to inspire, enlighten and encourage believers through Christian education and training.  This objective is accomplished via mens, womens and youth workshops using current and relevant topics facing today's believer; through dynamic and profound godly resource speakers and presenters; and the utilization of various biblically-based media materials all in an effort to provide trending, thought-provoking information to members to assist in the promotion of spiritually mature disciples for the advancement of the gospel and the building of the Kingdom of God.
